How it works
- Duration: The challenge spans 30 days, starting from May 20th to June 18th.
- Entry Fee: Participants will need to pay an entry fee of $175 to join the challenge.
- Access to Resources: Upon entry, participants will gain access to the Kingdom Glow Up Challenge portal within the Get Spirituallyfitt app.
- Guided Meals: Participants will receive personalized meal plans tailored to support their fitness goals.
- Accountability Group Chat: Engage with fellow challengers in a dedicated group chat within the app to share progress, motivation, and support.
- Fitness Tracking: Participants can sync their Fitbit or Apple Watch to track their activity levels and calories burned.
- Meal Logging: It’s essential for participants to log and track all their meals within the app to stay accountable and monitor progress.
- Weekly Check-Ins: Weekly check-ins may be required to track progress and ensure participants are staying on track with their goals.
- Winner Determination: The winner(s) will be determined based on several factors, including:
- Dedication: Consistency and commitment to the challenge throughout the 30 days.
- Attendance: Participation in group classes, prayer calls, and other challenge activities.
- Results: Visible progress and transformation achieved during the challenge period
- Prize: The winner(s) will be rewarded with an exclusive photo shoot with Tania Ray Photography, capturing their radiant transformation. Additionally, winners may receive a beauty session by Essence Mask of Essential Beats.
- Announcement: The winner(s) will be announced at the end of the challenge period, recognizing their dedication and achievement.
